Well, it’s been a looooonnnnggg time since my last post. I just really got in a funk I guess. With Spring here, the weather has been much better, and I guess I feel sort of a re-birth about excercise and eating well again. I hate the starting and stopping that I am prone to, but each day is a new start.
Now that my oldest is in First Grade, and my 3 year old is now in pre-school, my youngest who is 2 and I will have more time just the two of us. While Ruby is in pre-school, I’m going to pack the stroller and put my son in it so I can get in some walking when the weather is nice for the 3 hours she is there. I’m excited about getting in the groove again. The treadmill has just been my nemisis lately. I’ve gotten really bored. I’ve got to spice it up.
I’ve done alot of at home excercise, walking the treadmill, dvd’s, free weights, chasing my 3 kids
lol!! But the change in the weather has been the major factor in my excitement about moving my body again. It’s really true how much we need the sunshine and such. It does the body good.
